Bucket Reclaimers
Series: RS - RD
Used for sand reclamation and washing. They can be placed either after a screening machine with wash system or separately for the washing of natural sand mixed with dry impurities.Our reclaimers almost completely avoid fine material outlet as they are provided with huge tubs; therefore sand production in increased. They are also equipped with an adjustable skimmer which can regulate fine material outlet.
Construction in simple and solid and special technical solutions have been studied to facilitate machine maintenance. In fact central rotor is completely demountable: therefore, in case of substitution, wearing parts only will be substituted and not the whole rotor. Futhermore such particular construction system makes transport easier and cheaper, especially in case of transport by sea.
Reclamation buckets are offset mounted for regular unloading of dry sand on belt conveyor, thus avoiding bothersome and dangerous overflows from belt conveyor.
The kinematic chain for motion drive in made up with pinion and crown with roller chain, oversized speed reducer with oil-bath gearings, electric motor sealed with external ventilation and hydraulic joint working as a safety valve in case rotor is locked by an operator's carelessness or by an accidental input of stones or iron bars.
