POWER TRITTICO
"POWER TRITTICO" the third and last generation of open type machines. On entry and on exit there is a motorized conveyor of with 2 rows of mobile steel slats The frame is heavier and much more robust compared to the other two systems, as it has been developed to split not only larger blocks but also much harder stone. We suggest the addition of rotating hydraulic manipulators for shifting the stone.

Have you ever thought of a stone splitting system whereby one of the classic features of splitting machinery, such as the fixed table is instead replaced by a conveyor system or a half mobile work bench, a system where the operator doesn't have to move the stone manually as the conveyors are able to position the blocks under the blade?
Where everything is operated from a control panel at the front of the machine ?
Our technicians have thought of all of this, placing the safety of the operator first and foremost (no need to move heavy blocks or risk putting hands under a blade) , whilst at the same time creating a system that allows for continuous production and therefore increased output.
The Trittico systems avoid all possibility of uncontrolled movements and irregular splitting - the conveyors or the mobile bench are lowered at the same time, so that the stone is split only by the pressure of the two blades.
This system enables high production, with low maintenance.
