Range C

C RANGE...HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE MACHINES!

So called due to it's shape (or "swan-necked") , these machines are manufactured with a special open frame structure whereby the operator, positioned at the front, can work directly on the stone to be split. The C range machines are the consequence of years of experience spent in this field of work.

Developed as a result of constant demand for this type of machinery, they offer the possibility of high daily output, able to cope with materials of varying dimensions , from small cubes to larger blocks and stones. After years of experience our engineers have used their expertise to create a wide range of products. These machines are fast, robust and reasonably priced, available in a choice of power ratings that vary from 24 to 200 tons. Total reliability of all components is guaranteed . Every machine is the result of a meticulous production cycle that starts with the acquisition of materials and ends with a final test in front of the customer.

C RANGE...long term reliability ... a partner in the work-place!!

All safety systems are highly effective and reflect recognised norms and standards. Machines can be furnished with the following: A push-button system consisting of two buttons positioned in front of the operator (in a safe position), which when pressed at the same time, allow the blade to descend and split the material. The machine will not work if only one button is pushed. A sensor system consisting of two capacitive sensors positioned in front of the operator.

Both hands should be applied at the same time but without exerting excessive pressure, this allows the blade to descend and split the material. The machine will not work if the operator only places one hand on the sensor. The photocell safety control system is enabled by activating the photocells situated in front of the operator. The operator, whilst in the safety position, wears reflective gloves which are detected by the photocell sensors.

When the photocells detect the correct position and a pedal positioned at the bottom of the machine is pushed, then the blade comes down and splits the stone. If the operator ( wearing reflective gloves) exits the photocell detection field , for example by moving under the blade, the upper blade automatically returns upwards. This action avoids the possibility of injury caused by being crushed between the two blades. The C RANGE stone splitting machines combine perfectly with our entire conveyor belt range. Loading material onto the conveyor belt not only makes the job easier and renders the operator more autonomous , but also assists the operator in maintaining the correct working posture. The conveyor belt controls are positioned for easy access on the stone splitting machine.
